  • Payment Failure: Dadimma Foods is not responsible for order delays or cancellations resulting from transaction failures or bank payment processing errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Fulfillment: Orders are processed and shipped to the address provided during checkout.
  • Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery times vary based on location and logistics partners. Delays caused by natural events, courier issues, or incomplete addresses are beyond our direct control.
  • Non-Delivery: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping fees may apply to re-dispatch the package.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of packaged food products, special conditions apply:

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch.
  • Returns & Replacements: We accept requests for replacements or refunds only in cases of damaged packaging, expired products, or incorrect items delivered, provided notice is given within 48 hours of delivery with video/photographic proof.
